Holistic Massage

FEE: £50 for a 60 minute holistic massage. £70 for a 90 minute holistic massage.

For whole body relaxation and rest. Discover deeper, easeful breathing and down regulate your nervous system which in turn nourishes your body and offers your lymphatic and endocrine systems a chance for repair.

I offer sessions from Days Mill in Nailsworth and Stroud Sky Yoga.

Deeper Listening Touch

FEE: £60 for 60 minutes (recommended for a series of sessions, held weekly or fortnightly over a 3- 6 month period. Sessions can be trialled initially for 3 sessions to see if it’s a good fit). These sessions invite a more active engagement from you and can be transformational when you commit to the process.

Listening touch sessions can be focused around the body, the voice, creative practices or a combination of these.  

In person sessions from Days Mill in Nailsworth and Stroud Sky Yoga.

Open to Life through your Voice · One to Ones

FEE: £60 for 60 minutes (Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly and are recommended for six sessions initially). Sessions include deep listening, uprooting beliefs about your voice, voice explorations, reflection and a range of creative interventions to help develop your voice, embodiment practices, nervous system awareness, guided self touch, creation of ‘Deeper Listening Voice Actions’).

ONLINE FEE: £50 for 50 minutes or £60 for £60 minutes - your choice.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note, I require a 48 hour cancellation notice for all appointments. If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours notice the full amount of the session is payable. I understand that unexpected problems can come up and would much prefer not to charge for missed sessions, however I wish to ensure sessions are available to clients who are waiting for appointments and that my time and energy is valued. On occasion I may just ask you to cover the cost of the room booking (up to £25) so I am not out of pocket rather than paying the full amount, this will depend on the circumstances and will be at my discretion.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY: All information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential. There are some exceptions that I have outlined in the Informed Consent Form, which I will give you when you book.
