Gestalt Psychotherapy

FEE: £30 for 50 minutes . price reflects current status as a psychotherapist in advanced training (Sessions are held weekly and are recommended for a minimum of 12 sessions after an initial trial). Sessions include deep listening, space to explore, embodiment practices, nervous system awareness, a focus on the here and now and support for your understanding of how the past continues to affect you and your patterns of relating. My role is not to interpret events but to bring your attention to feelings and indicators of your needs in the moment, to support you to discover your fullest and truest self and what gets in the way of you becoming all that you want to be.

I offer sessions from OwnZone Stroud as well as online.

Holistic Massage

FEE: £60 for a 60 minute holistic massage. £80 for a 90 minute holistic massage.

For whole body relaxation and rest. Discover deeper, easeful breathing and down regulate your nervous system which in turn nourishes your body and offers your lymphatic and endocrine systems a chance for repair.

I offer sessions from Days Mill in Nailsworth and OwnZone Stroud.

Please indicate at time of booking your preferred venue.

My price increase reflects an increase in room rental costs from November 2024.

Limited concessions are sometimes available, please ask.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note, I require a 24 hour cancellation notice for holistic massage appointments (for psychotherapy appointments I will discuss absences and contract separately for this). If cancellation for holistic massage occurs with less than 24 hours notice the full amount of the session is payable. I understand that unexpected problems can come up and would much prefer not to charge for missed sessions, however I wish to ensure sessions are available to clients who are waiting for appointments and that my time and energy is valued. On occasion I may just ask you to cover the cost of the room booking (up to £26) so I am not out of pocket rather than paying the full amount, this will depend on the circumstances and will be at my discretion.

CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY: All information shared during sessions remains strictly confidential. There are some exceptions that I have outlined here.
